Robyn Miller Design offers fine printed stationery items including birth announcements, thank you notes, invitations, moving announcements, calling cards, and gift tags. Most designs can be tailored for your specific needs (e.g. accommodating birth information for twins on selected birth announcements, resizing birth announcements and thank you notes for party invitations). SIZE & STOCK: All birth announcements, moving announcements (except for "USA"), and thank you notes are sized 5 1/2" x 4 1/8". Invitations and USA moving announcement are oversized at 4 5/8" x 6 1/4". Calling Cards are sized 3 1/2" x 2". Gift Tags are 2 1/2" square. Holiday photo cards are 9 1/4" x 3 7/8". All other holiday cards are 4 5/8" x 6 1/4". All cards are printed on heavy, premium, bright white stock.
ENVELOPES: White envelopes are supplied for all birth announcements, thank you notes and party invitations. Colored envelopes are available for an additional charge for volume 2 announcements and thank you notes only. Cream envelopes are supplied with all moving announcements. Khaki envelopes are also available for an additional charge. A printed return address (black ink only) is available on all envelopes for an additional charge. Envelopes for Gift Tags and Calling Cards are sold separately and envelope printing is not available.
PROOFS & APPROVALS: You will receive a proof within 2-3 business days (Mon thru Fri) of placing an order. Please review the proof carefully to make sure that all information is accurate and names are spelled correctly. By signing the proof approval page, signee accepts all responsibility for information on the card, with no exceptions. The first proof is free and is generated upon receipt of order. Additional proofs (due to customer changes) are $15 each. Production on the order will begin once the signed proof is received. All proofs must be approved in writing. Once approved, items will be available for delivery in approximately 8-10 business days.
SHIPPING: Please allow 2-5 days for standard ground delivery. Same day (NYC only), Next Day, and 2nd Day delivery are also available. Robyn Miller Design is not responsible for delays pertaining to 3rd party delivery services.
ERRORS: Errors or shortages must be reported within 5 days of shipment. Errors made by the customer can be reprinted for a 10% discount. Please note that if an error appears on the signed proof, the customer accepts all responsibility. Errors made by Robyn Miller Design will be corrected at no charge and shipped out as soon as possible. Please note that due to the printing process, colors may vary slightly from sample. No discounts will be given for these variations.
CANCELATIONS: Canceling an order once a proof is produced, but prior to customer approval, will result in a $25 processing fee per item. Canceling an order on a custom design once a proof is produced, but prior to customer approval, will result in a fee of 25% of the order. Canceling an order after the proof is approved will result in a charge of 100% of the order.
PRE-SHIPPED ENVELOPES: Envelopes may be pre-shipped in advanced. The cost for pre-shipping envelopes is $15 plus the cost of shipping.
Should you need your order before the normal turnaround (8-10 business days + shipping), your order can be rushed for an additional fee of 25% of the order. Orders will be shipped on the 5th business day (M-F) following a 12:00 p.m. EST approval. All orders approved after 12:00 p.m. EST will follow the next days' schedule, (e.g. an order approved by noon EST on Monday will ship out on Friday of that week). Please call beforehand to make sure we can accommodate your rush order.

Please call for a price quote BEFORE submitting order. Robyn Miller Design has full creative control over any typography and customized designs. We reserve the right to refuse any design suggestions that we feel would compromise our style.
ADDING YOUR OWN PHOTO: You can choose to add your own photos to your photo cards. Glue dots are provided with your order. The size of the photo is displayed beneath each design.
PRINTING DIGITAL PHOTOS: We can print your digital photo directly onto your photo cards. Please include a .jpg of your photo at 300 dpi or higher with your order. Image must be sent in its actual size and must be sized to fit the proportions of the sample image. Photo touch-ups (excluding re-sizing) not provided; please make sure your photo is sent as you expect it to appear on your card.
SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING DESIGNS: A fee of $25 will be charged to change a color or move/add/delete an illustration on an existing design. However, depending upon the complexity of the request, Robyn Miller Design reserves the right to quote a higher price. Please inquire.
CREATING AN INVITATION FROM AN EXISTING DESIGN: Invitations can be made from most birth announcements and thank you notes. A $25 custom design fee will be added and the job will be processed and charged as an invitation.
BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR TWINS: Most birth announcements can accommodate birth information for twins at no additional charge.
INK COLOR: Ink will be printed in the color that it appears on the sample. We cannot take special requests for ink color changes.
TYPE SIZE: With most orders, type size will remain as seen on the sample. If an order requires more or less type than the sample, size will be adjusted to accommodate the visual aesthetic. On thank you notes, if only one name is used, type size will be increased. Requests for type size changes will be accepted and may be honored depending on the particular design. Please state your request under "special instructions" on the order form.
KID FACE INVITATIONS AND STATIONERY: There is no charge to change hair color, eye color or skin tone for one child. Hair and eye color must be chosen from sample sheet provided. regardless of colors shown on the printed sample. Please specify on the order form. A fee of $25 will be charged to change hair, eye, and skin tone for an additional child or to move/add/delete a child. Please inquire for any additional changes and we will quote you a price.
CALLING CARDS AND GIFT TAGS: Cards can be used for any occasion. Feel free to write anything you wish.
CUSTOMIZATION FOR MOVING ANNOUNCEMENTS: Robyn Miller Design moving announcements are unique to each move and therefore, some customization is required for each order and provided free of charge. Robyn Miller Design reserves the right to quote a higher price depending on the complexity of a design. Please be as specific as possible in describing your requests: feel free to send us a photocopy of the design with your specifications marked on it.
CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDED FOR MOVING ANNOUNCEMENTS: Changing city names, exchanging one home graphic for another existing home graphic (e.g. replacing a house with an apartment building, or replacing a white house with a red house, etc.), moving the star in the window of a brownstone or apartment building to show the location of the apartment, slightly altering the location of a home (e.g. you are moving to Coral Gables, Florida, but the design has the house in Tampa).
